General Description
World-renowned Chef Eric Ripert has made Philadelphia his new home — and the diners at The Ritz-Carlton couldn't be happier.
10 Arts, Ripert's new restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton, specializes in American cuisine with an emphasis on sustainable, locally grown ingredients. What results is a sophisticated dining experience that's both worldly and home-grown.
Cuisine
10 Arts' excellent appetizers include Wellfleet clams, a variety of oysters, locally made wild boar prosciutto and tuna carpaccio.
Entrée highlights — and there are many of them — are brook trout with baby bok choy, roasted chicken for two with country cornbread stuffing and pan-seared filet mignon with green peppercorn sauce.
Meanwhile, 10 Arts' mid-day menu features tagliatelle with meat sauce, rabbit paillard and roasted chicken cobb salad with avocado, bacon and egg — as well as sandwiches like fish burgers, vegetable paninis and 10 Arts' dressed-up BLT.
Atmosphere
10 Arts’ spectacular rotunda — visible from the Avenue of the Arts — infuses the dining room with energy and clean sophistication. The rotunda's white-marble architecture truly makes 10 Arts one of the most spectacular spaces in all of Philadelphia.
An ebony wine display stands at the center of the rotunda, housing the restaurant’s extensive wine collection while anchoring the soaring room. Meanwhile, the dining room's tall, prominent windows are accented with rich draperies to create a subtle beacon in the busy, urban neighborhood.
