With two suburban locations, Coyote Crossing has established itself as a great place to go to enjoy authentic Southwestern and Mexican cuisine in a casual and friendly environment.
The kitchen combines classic recipes from Mexico with artful preparations handed down from the owner's grandmother. A sample of the delicious dishes include flounder flamed in brandy or marinated in lime juice; chicken in a subtle, chocolate-touched mole sauce; and filet mignon flamed in brandy with garlic and oil or coated with green tomatillo sauce.
Bright-colored contemporary paintings, vivid tabletop tiles and orange-flowered blooming cacti in terracotta pots create a genuine Mexican experience, all while you sit back and enjoy a delicious mango margarita. Or two!
