There are a lot of really great cheese steak places here in Philly. Well here’s another, but with a twist if you’d like. CJ’s Steak & Eggs in Tacony makes a killer steak and egg sandwich. I live in the East Passyunk area and I’m always trolling for more spots where I can guzzle some beer and get some hot food. My interest was piqued one day as I walked past 13th and Sigel Streets, right off Passyunk: a new bar called Lucky 13 was awaiting my arrival!
