Juniata features the only Double Green in the Greater Philadelphia area.
Located just minutes north of Center City in Tacony Creek Park, Juniata Golf Club's classic 18-hole course is deemed a “hidden treasure” by locals.
Completed in 1930, the club has a relatively short course that takes advantages of its naturally rolling terrain. The course is a par 66 and its layout offers many unique and challenging holes, in addition to enjoying good course conditions all year.
The Tacony/Tookany/Frankford Creek cuts through the course and is in play on six holes.
COME PREPARED
Juniata's a great couse to walk, however, carts are available for those who prefer to ride. Twilight discounts of $5 off regular fees apply for tee times after 1 p.m. and $10 off after 3 p.m.
