Explore hundreds of acres abloom with the beauty of spring at Longwood Gardens. Discover wildflowers hidden in the woods, benches overlooking sparkling fountain gardens and grand swaths of color everywhere, from drifts of roseshell azaleas to borders of brilliant tulips.
Stop by one of the daily visitor programs — gardening demonstrations, flower shows, Family Fun Days, Arbor Week and carillon concerts — all of which add to the magic of springtime in the Gardens.
Children will enjoy the many lively bee-themed activities in the Bee-Amazed Children’s Garden, including a maze, buzz trail, flower fountain and Queen Bee’s throne.
Special events for 2008 include a piano and cello concert (April 13), Senior Spring Day (April 15) and the Wine and Jazz Festival (May 3-4). Visit Longwood Gardens to learn about all the events!
